Lamai Muay Thai Camp (WMC) is the oldest and most established traditional Muaythai Camp on Koh Samui, supported by the one and only World MuayThai Council. Located overlooking Lamai Beach and beautiful surroundings.

Muay Thai training at Lamai MuayThai in Koh Samui is suitable for both beginners wanting to try Muay Thai for the first time as well as intermediate students and fighters.
Training Muay Thai (Monday to Saturday)
Morning Session 0700-0900
Cardio - Combat Conditioning - Running
3:45 - 4:45
Kids MuayThai only on (Tuesday and Thursdays)
4:00 - 5:00pm
Afternoon Session 5:00-7:00pm
Cardio - Combat Conditioning - Running
Pad work 3-5 rounds depending on stamina
Sparing - Boxing or Muay Thai
All are welcome at Lamai MuayThai - with freindly trainers and staff on hand you will be in good hands throughouit your stay.
Facilities at Lamai MuayThai
At Lamai MuayThai Gym they have two full size boxing rings, large matted area to do all your training and a strength and conditioning gym with crossfit, weight training.
If you want a different landscape every morning depending on the weather - the instructors take you to the beach on Saturday mornings for strength and conditioning drills for an hour. Yes use the elements to your advantage and preform training drills from the sand to the open waves and enjoy what Koh Samui is all about.
