Bangtao Muay Thai & MMA

Bangtao Muay Thai & MMA is based in the tropical island of Phuket, Thailand. Its one of the most newest fully functional gyms on the island which is based near Bangtao Beach. The gym is well equipped throughout with a large training area for Muay Thai with various weighted sized bags and two boxing rings, large BJJ and MMA area and a fully equipped cross fit area with row machines, bikes and TRX equipment. 

Bangtao Cafe is a purpose built restaurant which offers fresh food and snacks daily for all your dietary requirements.

Bangtao Muay Thai and MMA is equipped with all the modern necessities you would expect however keeping in line with teaching traditional Muay Thai training. A collective area over 1000 squared meter's of matted area and boasting of two full size boxing rings and numerous sized boxing bags.

Mix it up daily by taking ALL group classes and everyday with Muay Thai, strength conditioning and fitness, Mixed Martial Arts and Brazilian Ju-jitsu with Go and No-Gi.

Muay Thai training is twice daily from Monday till Friday
Morning sessions are from 08:00 till 09:00 am &
Afternoon sessions are from 16:00 till 17:00 pm

Muay Thai training is also available on Saturday
09:00 am - 10:00 am

Strength and Conditioning / Fitness Classes 
To better harness your fitness - you should take advantage of the other conditioning classes which is in their purpose fitness center. Here you can take up the cross training classes from 0900 till 10am Monday to Saturday also 17:00 till 18:00 Mondays to Friday.

Mixed Martial Arts 
Monday to Friday 16:00 pm

Brazilian Jui-jitsu 
Monday to Friday 18:15 till 19:00
