Training at Luktupfah is offered twice daily, six days a week from Monday to Saturday. Morning training starting at 6:30am is more focused on cardiovascular training, with a long run 5-10km (dependent on the individual).
Following the run, stretching and shadow boxing, fitness, drills and most mornings clinch, finishing off with abs. Afternoon training, once again starts off with a run at 3:30pm, about 4-5km, followed by jump rope 15minutes, stretching and shadow boxing. Each day varies slightly, therefore some days focusing more on technique and some more on power. Technique drills may be taught, with a trainer, partner or on the bag. Then normal rounds of padwork with a trainer, Muay Thai or boxing on the heavy bags, sparring and/or clinch, drills on the bag, abs and stretching. The weight and exercise room is available at all hours during the day for our guests to use after training or whenever they like.
