All 24 rooms at Petchyindee are presented in a fresh and chic decor. Clean and modern living spaces with all the modern features to expect from a decent hotel room.
The gym area is split in three sections.
Section One: Is a air conditioned gym area with modern lifestyle cardio machines - Treadmills / rowing machines / assisted weights area
Section Two: Large soft matted area with a wide mirror for all your cardio, shadow work, skipping, stretching and training preparation.
Some classes are taken on the mats by the beginners who go through the basics and training drills.
Section Three: Two full size boxing ring under shelter overlooking the terrace with a large range of hanging bags.
Ground floor - Sauna and steam room with changing area and showers
Petchyindee is a real Muay Thai camp with over 40 years of experiences. It was established in 1976 with only 10 boxers at the time. Many legendary Thai boxers were created in the small camp such as Sagat Petchyindee, Roeng-sak, Jomtrai, Yodpetch, etc. Nowadays, Petchyindee is well known as the best Muay Thai camp.
Petchyindee MuayThai Kingdom have over 6 promoters who promote these fighters at Ratchadamnern, Lumpinee, Siam boxing stadium, and Rangsit stadiums. There are almost 60 boxers in a camp including Sam-A, Nong-Oa, Petchmorrakoth, Sam-D, Nattapol, and many more champions Therefore, Petchyindee Academy was vote the Best Thai Boxing Camp in 2011 from many institutions.

06:00 AM - Prepare light stretch on the gym floor
06:20 AM - Group run - approx 5 km
08:00 AM - Light sparing session
08:10 AM - Strength and conditioning training
09:00 AM - Group stretching
09:30 AM - Breakfast

15:00 PM - Pad Session
15:30 PM - Bag work and cardio session

Several programs are available at the camp as there is an on hand fitness adviser and nutritionist who can advise on your routine and what steps you can take to reach your goals.
