Gym Bangarang has been established since 2014 and is only 25 minutes drive from Chiang Mai International airport in a peaceful environment away from temptations.

Gym Bangarang offers you a unique Muay Thai Holiday with western standard accommodation with 12 stand alone villas on-site. Their Muay Thai program provides a good balance of cardio, strength and conditioning training along with traditional Muay Thai techniques.

They have a team of 7 professional fighters/trainers. All have been carefully chosen and work well as a team. Class sizes are a maximum of 10 people and all levels are well catered for.

The villas are set in an open and peaceful area with rice-fields and mountains as the backdrop.

Bangarang Gym philosophy is based on creating realistic, individual goals for each person and then going beyond expectations to accommodate everyone's goals. The team represents three continents with a wealth of knowledge to create top-notch instruction, high energy workouts and positive, enthusiastic reinforcement. There isn’t anything standard. All the programs cater for all levels.

Your package will include two Muay Thai training sessions per day from Monday to Sunday: This package allows for all skill levels from beginners to advanced athletes who want to compete or to be fight ready. Also includes 3 meals a day and daily protein shakes. 
 

Fitness Bootcamp Package:

Gym Bangarang has an unique all inclusive program which involves learning Muay Thai, increasing their fitness and to lose weight. 

Package include: One MuayThai morning training per day,  3 nutritious meals a day suited to your dietary requirements, weekly fitness assessments and body composition of your progress in order to reach your goals.
