The gym is open from 8am to 10.30am Monday to Friday and from 4pm to 7.30 pm Monday to Saturday.
Daily classes are led by experienced Thai trainers, combining pad-work, bag-work, sparring, clinch, and conditioning to build strength, improve technique, and boost fitness. The atmosphere is friendly and inclusive, making it a great choice for solo travelers and groups alike.
