No matter if you are a beginner or an all-rounded athlete, training at Buakaw Village Koh Samui will be of the highest level. With numerous professional trainers guiding you through the door to your Muay Thai journey. The gym is fully equipped with a wide range of weighted bags and state of the art fitness equipment.
Classes are daily Monday to Sunday three times a day
8:00 till 10:00
16:30 till 1800
18:00 till 19:30
The classes are split between levels of fitness and experience to keep a high level of attention for both levels by the instructors. Each group class is unique and well structured. Each class session is different and caters to teach something new each time you visit. All in all, there are 3 adult group classes a day.
Kids are welcome too for classes for under 14's from 16:30 till 18:00 for one hour and 30 minutes daily.
